• Please select the Thickness, Width, Length and Finish from the drop down menus. Use the arrow for the number of pieces required.

• If you require Planed All Round (PAR) timber, the size will be reduced by approximately 5mm on the thickness and the width. ie, you selected 50mm thick and 150mm wide, the planed finish size will be 45 x 145mm. 

• You can also enter another finish size by using the 'Finish Size' box. ie, you may want the timber you have selected to finish at, 41 x 140mm

• If you require multiple sizes or lengths, you will have to repeat the process.

• Timber is a natural product and may differ from the sample seen in colour and figure. Certain species of timber will contain a small percentage of sap and knots in line with international grading standards.

Colour: Colour whitish or pale brown, if steamed then a reddish brown hue. Works fairly readily and gives a good finish. It can move in response to atmospheric changes so, together with its low resistance to decay, renders it unsuitable for exterior joinery. If steamed then colour changes to pink or light red.

Uses: Traditionally the most popular timber for furniture components, especially in the manufacture of chairs and tables. It is widely used for turnery and small mouldings as well as flooring.
